Since the Miami Valley Elite AAU Basketball Club allows each team to operate autonomously, this board exist to coordinate
tournament and practice schedules and uniform purchase/delivery. Each team will have a coordinator that will be responsible
for finances and tournament scheduling. The board also exists to provide support where needed to the team coordinators.
